WebsTriple is a Thai company owned by Triple Systems Co., Ltd. WebsTriple specializes in website builders for all types of websites, from personal blogs to online stores and large company websites.
In addition, WebsTriple sells other website services such as website preparation, ebook creation, database design, network installation, business outsourcing, and more.
The WebsTriple website is unattractive, difficult to navigate, limited in information, and entirely in Thai.
Features and Ease of Use
WebsTriple doesn’t offer a detailed description of its website builder. As stated on the website, WebsTriple is supposed to be a drag and drop website builder that doesn’t require any technical background or coding skills. It also comes with responsive themes.
I took a look at the templates gallery and I found that it’s not only limited, but the templates are pretty generic and standard.
WebsTriple offers three different paid plans (Start, Professional, and Business) and one free plan. All plans include unlimited pages. With paid subscriptions, you’ll get audio and video input, password for web protection (with Professional and Business), and a free SSL certificate.
While all the paid plans come with unlimited storage, the free plan comes with 500 MB and limited features. All the paid plans also include a free domain for one year, but the free plan comes with a free subdomain for six months.
Pricing and Support
In comparison with other vendors in the same tier, WebsTriple offers slightly expensive prices for the barebone features it offers. All the prices are displayed on a yearly basis, but the contract options are monthly, semi-annually, annually, and biennially.
All plans are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee and not just when you first subscribe. The guarantee is there, even in the first 30 days of renewing your subscription.
The WebsTriple website doesn’t have a Knowledgebase per se. Instead it has a few, very limited, guides on how to subscribe to the service and how to build the website.
You can contact customer support through phone and email since those are the only available communication channels. Unfortunately, there are no quick online support options like live chat or support tickets. I sent an email with some questions about the website builder’s features, but it has been more than 24 hours and I still haven’t received a response.
