You can contact the WebinHost customer desk via telephone, live chat, contact form, or ticketing system. That said, it does have an email address, but I had to go to their Facebook account to find it. The vendor promises to offer round the clock customer service but on the contrary, their reps take days before they can respond to customers’ queries.
