U.S. company Verito Technologies was founded in 2016 to offer fully-managed cloud hosting solutions to small and medium-sized American businesses. With a particular focus on hosting tax and accounting software — such as QuickBooks, Sage, ATX, and Drake — it also allows you to host applications such as SharePoint, Exchange Server, Skype for Business, and Office 365.
Verito Technologies houses servers in three American data centers. Its sleek and professional English-language website displays prices in U.S. dollars, but it is a little lacking in detail about the products and services on offer.
Features and Ease of Use
Although Verito Technologies’ website talks about different types of cloud solutions — public, private, hybrid, and enterprise — the only plans you can actually purchase online are the dedicated server plans that provide you with:
- Daily automated backups
- SSD storage
- 99.995% uptime
- Free Microsoft Office
- Multiplatform compatibility
- Unlimited number of hosted files
- 24/7 support
The Solo plan provides 20 GB SSD disk space, two applications, and a single user per account (with the possibility of paying for additional users). This server plan may be suitable for smaller, less demanding businesses.
The Small Team plan is a better option for a team of at least four users. It includes 50 GB SSD disk space, four applications, and the ability to pay for additional users.
The Large Team plan is better for big teams with at least ten users. You get 100 GB SSD storage and six applications.
Having super-fast SSD storage is beneficial, but our service offers less storage than many alternative American providers. We back up your data every night and keep it retained for 30 days, while enabling access to your account from virtually any mobile or desktop device.
Pricing and Support
Verito Technologies offers reasonably priced dedicated server subscriptions compared with American and international competitors. However, adding additional users and features will increase the cost.
Plans are priced on a monthly basis, and you get a 15-day free trial that allows you to try before you buy.
For self-support, there is a blog and a frequently asked questions section. If these don’t answer all your questions, you can try to get additional answers via telephone, ticket, email, or live chat. I got some (but not all) of my questions answered via the live chat channel:
