You can pay for them in U.S. dollars on monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles by credit card or bank transfer (minimum three months). It took me some time to find the right page to place an order, and even then, it seemed to include instructions but no order form or “buy now” button.
Although there is no money-back guarantee and no trial period for the hosting packages, the remote backup and server monitoring services have 30-day and 14-day free trials (respectively).
UnitSpeed Host’s 24/7 customer support team can be contacted via telephone, ticket, or email. Signed-in customers also get access to frequently asked questions and other documentation. Unfortunately, I was unable to elicit any response.
