Pricing and Support
Turkishost’s shared hosting plans are cheap, but the costs could increase at the checkout once you’ve added extras such as an SSL certificate, daily backups, or a fixed IP address. You can pay in U.S. dollars via a variety of methods, including PayPal, credit/debit card, Turkey’s TROY electronic payment, BKM Express, and Western Union.
Annual and lifetime billing cycles are available, with the lifetime option equating to about eight years worth of hosting. If the thought of signing up for a whole year (let alone forever) makes you feel uncomfortable, you can seek some solace in the 15-day money-back guarantee that should get you out within two weeks if you change your mind. This is shorter than the 30-day refund window afforded by many other hosts.
Turkishost provides 24/7 technical support via telephone, live chat, WhatsApp, or email. Unfortunately, live chat was unavailable when I wanted to try it, and my offline message went unanswered.
Apart from a few short FAQ sections on some of the service pages, it appears that self-support resources are lacking.
