Features and Ease of Use
Tsidzlab’s hosting services include shared hosting, reseller, VPS, and dedicated servers. Shared hosting customers have access to six plans that offer the same features, except for the storage space. The features and resources include:

I didn’t mention free domain registration and free SSL certificate because they are not on offer. Despite this little roadblock, Tsidzlab offers other enticing features that you might like, one of which is a website builder.
These days, many people would rather build their websites themselves to save cost. Tsidzlab knows this and provides a website builder tool that is installed in the control panel. With it, you can quickly get your website designed over the weekend and start pushing your business on the internet.
Making it even better is cPanel. This control panel is widely known, so it’s not hard to find information online on how to navigate it and manage your hosting space. Also, Tsidzlab offers a ready to install script system. You can choose out of more than 150 scripts including WordPress to be installed on your hosting panel during the time of purchase.
If you’d rather build your website or application with code, Tsidzlab’s supported languages and platforms include ASP.net, PHP, Java, ColdFusion, and Python. That’s extensive enough given that many web hosts only offer support for PHP and Perl on shared web hosting.
If your needs exceed the resources that shared servers can offer you, you can take any of the Virtual, OpenVZ, and KVM plans. Not only do you get more storage space, bandwidth, and RAM, you’ll also get better control with SSH access.
Pricing and Support
Tsidzlab provides one of the most affordable prices for shared hosting. It’s worth noting that you will have to pay extra for your SSL certificate and domain name registration. However, considering the low-cost hosting, I don’t see this as a significant concern.
This vendor offers a 15-day trial plan with 2GB storage space, which is more than enough to test the services without a financial commitment. If after this period you purchase a hosting plan but don’t feel satisfied with it, it offers a 10-day money-back guarantee that should allow you to get a full refund of your hosting spend. In total, that’s 25 days of low-risk commitment.
Tsidzlab offers a list of resources in its knowledge base to help customers solve certain VPS problems and help them manage their websites. However, the knowledge base is filled with VPS solutions only for hosting.
Customers who are on a shared hosting plan or who bought a dedicated server will have to either resort to Google search or Tsidzlab’s 24/7 customer support team through email and support tickets. Customer service can also be reached through live chat and telephone from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM GMT +1.
