Features and Ease of Use
OpenstackVPS offers 30 VPS plans in total. The 12 standard VPS plans provide you with:
- 99.95% uptime SLA
- 1 to 8 vCores
- 2 GB to 96 GB RAM
- 40 GB to 360 GB SSD storage
- 1 TB to 20 TB bandwidth
- 1 IPv4 address
The control panel allows you to choose your Linux or Windows operating system with a single click. And once your server’s set up within seconds, the full root access will allow you to manage every aspect of your server: upgrade your operating system, add or remove applications, switch off, switch on, or restart your VPS.
From a performance perspective, servers use SSD storage (which is far faster and more reliable than HDD storage), and Intel Xeon processors.
Pricing and Support
The OpenstackVPS virtual servers offer affordable pricing, and customers can pay for them in U.S. dollars through PayPal on monthly or annual billing cycles. Regrettably, as is common with virtual servers, refunds are not available.
Reach out to this company’s customer support team via support ticket (current customers only), email, live chat, or online contact form. The lack of a pre-sales support response wouldn’t be so bad if there were sufficient self-support resources, but the knowledge base is bare:
