Users who prefer a managed experience can upgrade to the managed or dedicated server plans. The managed plan includes One GigaByte Network staff installing your website, setting up email, and editing content and images, along with minor design and development work. Each subscription comes with up to six hours of assistance. If needed, additional support can be purchased for an hourly fee.
Pricing and support
Pricing for One GigaByte Network shared hosting plans is reasonable and around average. Whereas some of the large American web hosts have rock bottom prices and others charge quite a bit more, pricing here falls right in the middle. For the entry-level shared hosting plan, your monthly fee includes enough disk space for a moderately-sized website as well as 100GB of bandwidth, which is quite a lot for a beginner plan.
The second and third tier shared plans offer increased disk space and bandwidth that correspond to their respective prices. These plans also include several unlimited features, which add to the value proposition of One GigaByte Network. The prices for premium hosting plans, like managed and dedicated servers, are higher but comparable to those of competitors.
