I attempted to contact this vendor through their live chat but didn’t connect with a support representative. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, I opted to reach out to them using their website contact form. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received a response.
The firm has set up a fairly detailed knowledge base which includes video tutorials. However, Its video tutorials are only available in the Norwegian language.
