Miss Hosting is an international web hosting company that offers a wide range of hosting related services, such as Web Hosting, Domain Registration, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Site Builder, Magento Hosting, SEO Hosting, Affiliate Hosting, Email Management, and much more. The company is headquartered in Manchester, U.K. and has offices in Stockholm, Sweden; Miami, USA; and Sofia, Bulgaria with local presence in Norway, Finland, Hungary, Romania, Argentina, India, and Iran. Their vision is to become the fastest growing Shared Web Hosting company in the world.

We actually interviewed an executive at Miss Group, and here’s what we learned.

Features and ease of use

While testing Miss Hosting services I found that the company offers various web hosting plans and servers solutions. They provide all kind of hosting services starting with domain name registration, shared web hosting to e-commerce solutions, VPS hosting, and SSL certificates. In the hosting section, I discovered that they offer web hosting solutions, such as Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, SSL certificates and office 365.

Miss Hosting offers three shared web hosting plans:

  • Basic plan
  • Professional plan
  • Ultimate plan

Some of the features that come with those plans are free Domain with an annual plan, 1,10 and the unlimited number of websites, 100GB, 250GB and unlimited Disk Space, 20000,30000 and 40000 MaxFiles, unlimited monthly Bandwidth, free SSL certificates, 1,2, and 10 FTP users. You get unlimited number of external domains with any plan and an  unlimited number of subdomains.

The features of these plans are: cPanel, 512MB, 768MB and 1024MB PHP memory limit, easy application Installer, PHP MyAdmin, Password Protected Directories, FTP over SSL (FTPS), Raw Access Logs, Site Statistics, 24/7 Phone/Email Support, Cron Jobs, File Manager, Image Magick, 150+ Free Applications, Unlimited number of Email addresses, 100GB,250GB and Unlimited Email storage, 300,500 and 700 Emails sent per hour, Auto-responder, Fraud, Virus and Spam protection, Email privacy, and protection with 256-Bit Encryption and much more.

Pricing and support

When you go with Miss Hosting for your hosting service, the price range will be determined by the configuration and services you select. But let me tell you, they’ve got competitive prices that match the quality of service and features they provide. So you’re in for a good deal!

Support is one of the best on the market with a dedicated team of experts keeping an eye on your server and making sure every question you have is answered. There are so many support options it’s almost impossible to not get help:

  • Live chat support with real people answering in real time
  • Phone/Email service operating 24/7
  • Ticket service working non-stop with an average response time of 10 minutes
  • Knowledge base

How much does Miss Hosting cost?

Miss Hosting offers plans from $1 to $4. The price depends on which type of hosting plan you choose. You can see the updated pricing table (updated weekly) below.

Which Miss Hosting plan should I get?

My recommendation is to start with a cheaper plan. You can always upgrade later on. Miss Hosting can help you with the migration to a more expensive plan. The increase in visitors many times takes longer than expected and you shouldn’t pay a lot of money until the need arises. Of course, your needs may vary, and you can consult with a hosting expert from Miss Hosting here.

How good is Miss Hosting’s customer support?

Miss Hosting is not ranked as one of our top web hosts. But that can also be a result of Miss Hosting being a small, under the radar, hosting provider. There are advantages to a small hosting company – as a customer, you are more important to them. You can also check out our comparison of the most popular web hosting services here.

Avoid at any cost!

They took my money, 60 EUR, for a full year of service. I got nothing. I tried to reason with them, then they sent me a new invoice for the same service I already paid for. I used Paypal, as I always do for online transactions. They have tried to get hold on Miss Hosting, but failed. This is not how a serious company conducts business.

Never buy hosting

Stay away from this hosting provider. Dont leave your creditcard details for automatic renewal. They will charge you made up services and hosting plans that they never deliver. Their support is slow and awful. Support request take days and are forwarded from local office to some main office that seem to not care responding. They also have no precision in their invoices due to exchange rate. Hence, every time there is a difference between billed amount and invoices amount. Their technical support also has problems with plain English.
