Pricing and Support
Mega Dedicated’s Cloud VPS plans are cheap and can be paid for in U.S. dollars via various methods (PayPal, credit cards, bank transfer) on billing cycles from monthly to annual. There are no apparent discounts for longer-term sign-ups and no refunds.
Although you should be able to contact Mega Dedicated via telephone, support ticket, or live chat, my test support ticket went unanswered. And although there is a link to a knowledge base, it led to an error page at the time of writing.
