I also found that Mahan Server web hosting accounts come with daily, weekly, or monthly backup services so that users can protect their website files and data in the event that disaster strikes.
That said, the Mahan Server website seems designed exclusively for the Iranian market. As a non-Persian speaker, I could not understand some parts of the websites even after I tried translating them using Google Chrome’s translating feature.

All web hosting services include a contract refund guarantee that is valid for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The vendor claims to offer highly available website services but it does not commit to an uptime guarantee.
Customers can send the vendor a message by using a contact form available on its website. You can also contact the support staff via telephone, ticketing system, or email. That said, I did not come across any live chat support. The support staff, however, are available 24 hours to help solve the most pressing issues that customers might be having.
Though I emailed the vendor’s support team, their response didn’t address any of my questions. Instead, they asked me to forward my domain name, maybe to decide whether to address my queries or not.
