Lankagreenhost offers dirt-cheap shared hosting plans. You can pay for them annually in U.S. dollars or Sri Lankan rupees by making a bank transfer or direct deposit into one of the company’s bank accounts. As far as I know, the company does not provide a money-back guarantee.
Contact the customer support team via online chat (working hours on weekdays), email (with three-hour response times), telephone, ticket (24/7 for technical issues), or pre-sales contact form. Unfortunately, my test support ticket went unanswered. Anyone looking for self-support resources will be similarly disappointed.
