IT Solution offers four standard shared hosting packages (Basic, Standard, Plus, and Advanced) and four bigger-storage shared hosting packages (Growth, Professional, Premium, and High Volume). The former with up to 250 GB storage are for individuals with small websites, and the latter with up to 3 TB are for bigger businesses with higher web traffic.

With its user-friendly interface, the cPanel control panel allows you to take full control of your website, including adding/removing domains, monitoring your website’s metrics, adjusting the backup interval, and more. The Softaculous installer helps you install CMS and other apps – such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop, and Magento – with a single click.
More advanced webmasters can schedule Cron jobs for regular tasks.
Pricing and Support
IT Solution’s pricing in Singapore dollars is quite high for the features and resources they offer, so if you’re on a tight budget, I recommend exploring other options. Additionally, it seems that refunds are only available if you have a valid reason for canceling.
Although you can order the lower-storage plans entirely online, you have to contact the company to sign up for one of the higher-storage plans. Whether to purchase a plan or summon support, you can contact this company via telephone, support ticket, or email. Unfortunately, my submitted support ticket went unanswered. If this happens to you, and you have to resort to self-support, you’ll be disappointed to see that the FAQ page contains only three entries:
