Since ISPLevel announces “Hosting sites in Ukraine,” and since its website can be switched from English into Russian (or vice versa), I think it’s safe to assume that this is a Ukrainian company. And since it started tweeting in 2016, we can also assume that it is at least this old (but could be much older).
Features and Ease of Use
ISPLevel offers three Linux shared hosting packages, five VDS packages (in two categories across ten data centers), and dedicated server packages in six server locations. The Linux shared hosting packages provide you with:

- FTP access
- Daily backups
The ISPmanager control panel allows you to manage your websites, users, emails, databases, and domains. You can also use Cron jobs to schedule tasks to run regularly, rather than having to execute them manually every time.
Virtual dedicated server (VDS) solutions use KVM virtualization to improve performance and reliability. And the Looking Glass service lets you check things like the network speed and response times at all server locations.
Pricing and Support
ISPLevel’s Linux shared hosting packages are cheap. You can pay for them in U.S. dollars or Ukrainian hryvnia, via many different methods, on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing cycles. You get discounted pricing when you commit for longer than a month, and there is a five-day free trial for you to test the services before making a major commitment.
