Whereas the lowest plan mandates a minimum annual commitment (or biennial or triennial), higher plans also allow you to sign up on monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual terms. There are few (if any) self-support resources. And while you should be able to contact the customer support team by telephone, ticket, email, or live chat, I have to tell you that my test ticket submission received no response.
