Prices are acceptable, and you won’t be stuck with features or resources you don’t really need. The online order form assures you that you can be billed monthly or annually in arrears, or as they put it, “With us, first the performance, then the bill.”

Things were going pretty well with this vendor until I contacted customer support. Although I received a rapid response to my support ticket, the support agent’s curt comment simply said, “Sorry we do not have an offer for you.”
Even though there is a knowledge base/FAQ section available with a few tutorials, it doesn’t provide satisfactory answers to my questions. So it appears that the best way to get proper answers is to dial the German support telephone number.
