Though the company doesn’t offer an uptime guarantee, it does mention an uptime of 99.9% and above for its VPS, VDS, and dedicated servers.
IHC uses LiteSpeed Web Server, which is 54% faster than NGINX and four times faster than Apache. This significantly improves your website’s performance. The company also uses high-speed SSD NVMe drives that are 185 times faster than HDDs.
For its premium shared hosting plan, IHC uses LSCache for faster speeds, and CloudLinux with CageFS to ensure enhanced data protection.

IHC’s shared hosting plans start cheap and remain competitively priced as you increase your resources.
You can pay for these plans in RUB (Russian Ruble) with PayPal, WebMoney, QIWI Wallet, Visa, Mastercard, Alfa-Click (a Russian online banking service), Yandex.Money, or Bitcoin. The available billing periods are monthly and annually, with the annual plans getting you two months of free hosting.
IHC provides a 7-day free trial period for its web hosting and VPS services. The only caveat is that you need to place an order for hosting services and have a balance of 50 Rubles in your account. You can choose to use these funds in the future (if you decide to continue using the services) or request a refund.
This web host offers a money-back guarantee for its shared hosting and VPS/VDS services, which you can claim by deleting your order. However, only the funds that remain unused in your account will be refunded.
You can request a refund for SSL certificates within fourteen days of activation. Please note that ISPmanager domains and licenses are not eligible for refunds.
