IFW Web Studio’s Windows and reseller web hosting services include these features as standard:

The six Windows shared hosting plans range from IFW-Startup to IFW5. The IFW–Startup Plan provides 50 MB monthly bandwidth, one email account, and one domain name. At the other end of the scale, the IFW5 plan includes 10 GB monthly bandwidth, ten email accounts, and ten domains.
As Windows hosting plans, they include ASP.NET as well as PHP (only versions 4.x). Given this vendor’s modern-looking website, the support for older and slower versions of software frameworks is somewhat surprising. On the plus side, there are backups, but they’re only mentioned briefly on the website.

IFW Web Studio offers Indian rupee annual prices that are lower than most other vendors, but you will need to pay an additional 18% tax. As far as I can see, they do not provide an uptime guarantee or a money-back guarantee.
Whereas website design and other packages can be bought directly from the website, it looks like you have to contact the company to arrange pure hosting. You can make contact via Facebook Messenger, Google Hangouts, or WhatsApp, or you can request a callback. The only self-support resource appears to be the blog, but it’s not tailored toward web hosting.
