As you can see, IBEE Hosting offers top-class features for large businesses and enterprises. Their servers are all housed in Tier IV data centers, which means 99.99% uptime as well as dual-powered and fault-resistant equipment. While this provision is too costly and unnecessary for most small website owners, for enterprise-level companies, this is excellent.
The other great feature of IBEE Hosting is their multiple worldwide server locations. They provide bare metal Dell servers in India, America, Amsterdam, and Singapore for global customers. To make the deal even sweeter, they include a free CDN to ensure that your visitors will always enjoy faster website loading speeds and better security when perusing your webfront.
Finally, what I really like about IBEE Hosting is their flexibility. Though they did have base configurations I could stick with, I could also choose to customise my plan in a multitude of ways during the checkout process. Options included but were not limited to: extra RAM, RAID controller, database type, control panel type, number of IPs, server location, and backup frequency.
Pricing and Support
The prices are very affordable compared to similar companies in America and India. Ideally, I’d like to see converted USD prices listed on their website, as currently the prices are only listed in Indian Rupees.
IBEE Hosting offers flexible monthly contracts. They also offer a discount for upfront annual payments. You can cancel at any time by giving them a notice of at least seven days. They don’t offer any free trials or money back guarantees, but if you’re on their scalable cloud infrastructure they do allow you to upgrade or downgrade at anytime.
Their customer service is excellent. They have a wide variety of options to choose from depending on your location. Firstly, they have offices in both India and America, along with a dedicated phone number for each location. They also have live chat on their website and a dedicated support portal for existing customers in the event of technical issues. Strangely, their customer service hours are only from 10 AM to 7 PM, despite being a fully-managed service.
I’ve contacted them a few times during their business hours via live chat. Each time, they responded to my inquiry within two or three minutes. Every time, the operator helped me in excellent English. What’s more, they’ve always been polite and well-informed.
Unfortunately, they don’t have a knowledge base or help center on their website. Customers who prefer to solve their problems without contacting support would find this addition useful.
