However, on the plus side, you do get a 30-day money-back guarantee that should get you out if you change your mind within the first month.
Although I’ve been impressed with most aspects of HostnExtra, the support is somewhat disappointing. Although you can contact the sales team during office hours, and the technical team 24/7, the live chat window says that the team “typically replies in a day”, which is not exactly “live”, is it? And the link to submit a support ticket simply opens an email composition window.
It wouldn’t be so bad if you got decent self-support resources, but the knowledge base contains only a handful of articles.
