Hostgiri’s hosting plans are inexpensive. You can pay for them in Indian rupees or U.S. dollars on an annual, biennial, or quinquennial (five-year) basis, with discounts of 45% at the time of this review. The 15-day money-back guarantee is nice to have, but is only half the refund time allowed by many other hosts.
You should be able to contact the support team via email (during office hours), an online contact form, or support ticket (for logged-in customers).
