Pricing and Support
Host23’s overall prices are quite attractive considering the features included in the plans and compared with other hosts in its tier. Unfortunately, Host23 doesn’t have a money-back guarantee, nor does it offer a free trial. The accepted payment methods are credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Bitcoin.
Even though the Host23 website is relatively informative, its knowledgebase is empty, which left me with several questions. The support channels available are phone, email, and support ticket. There’s a live chat link on the website, but it doesn’t seem to work. I submitted a ticket with all my questions, but more than 24 hours have passed with no reply – not even an automated response.
