Other performance improvements come courtesy of the LiteSpeed web server with LSCache. Underlying this is SSD storage that is far faster and more reliable than traditional HDD storage. Other security measures include antivirus and a web application firewall. The Patchman Virtual Patch identifies and quarantines WordPress vulnerabilities in real time.
Pricing and Support
Host-Fusion offers pricey shared hosting plans that you can pay for annually in euros through bank transfer, PayPal, or credit/debit card. As far as I know, there is no money-back guarantee, but you can avail yourself of a free domain for the first year.
The only way to contact the support team is by submitting a ticket, but I was unable to summon a pre-sales support response this way. Self-support resources are not much better because the knowledge base contains only a handful of entries:
