The HashTechs website is in English, but some of its content seems to have been put together in a hurry, so there is some visible code and some links that don’t work.

HashTechs’ shared hosting plans are cheap. You can pay for them in U.S. dollars or euros on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual billing cycles via various methods, including PayPal, bank transfer, Western Union, money order, or credit/debit card. While HashTechs’ privacy page mentions a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time accounts, the provider’s home page advertises a shorter 15-day money-back guarantee.
