G-Hosting.cz offers MariaDB, a fork of MySQL that is said to have slightly better performance. The web hosting company provides multiple versions of PHP from 5.3 to 7.3, which you can choose and switch at any time.
As the name of the hosting plans indicate, the company supports PHP only. If your plan is to program with Python, start looking elsewhere because this company doesn’t support it.
G-Hosting.cz allows SSH access on it shared web hosting, which you can use for secure access to your server over an unsecured network. With this, your data is safe from would-be attackers lurking and waiting to get sensitive information.
For beginners that are not looking for developers to create their websites, setting up content management systems or using website builders is the “easy” way to go about designing a website. Although this company doesn’t provide website builders, it offers one-click installation for WordPress.
Pricing and Support
G-Hosting.cz pricing isn’t only based on the level of storage it offers on its plans, but also on how many domains you can host. The PHP plans are low-cost, while the PHP Multi-hosting are slightly more expensive, but still affordable.
You can choose from various subscription periods including one month, three months, six months, nine months, 12 months, or 24 months, and pay using PayPal, credit card, or debit card.
Customer support is available through email and phone on Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central European Summer Time, though there’s no knowledge base.
