On top of that, they have four SSD VPS, five cloud VPS, and 32 dedicated server solutions. Wow! That’s a lot of options!

Epichost’s cloud platform supports microservices and legacy applications, it allows automatic horizontal and vertical scaling, and it provides free and custom SSL certificates. The SSD cloud VPS plans use SSD storage for enhanced performance and reliability.
On the subject of reliability, Epichost alludes to a 99.95% uptime SLA for dedicated servers, and elsewhere (on the “about us” page) mentions its 99.7% uptime record.
Pricing and Support
Epichost’s shared hosting plans are priced from dirt cheap to competitively priced. You can pay for them in Indian rupees on billing cycles from monthly to biennial, with discounts for longer terms. Unfortunately, there are no refunds.
24/7 technical support can be summoned via live chat, email, or support ticket. You can also contact the customer services team by telephone or online contact form. Unfortunately, live chat was unavailable when I wanted to try it, and my contact form submission received no reply.
For self-support purposes, you have to be logged in to access the technical knowledge base. However, anyone can view the company blog and frequently asked questions.
