Despite the fact that the services cater to both experts and beginners, the website is very user-friendly and easy to understand. It also has an impressive amount of useful and relevant information. It is one of the most informative websites I have seen for website hosting, yet is written in clear, everyday, jargon-free language.

Whilst they are not the cheapest on the market, they are not overpriced when compared to local or international companies. What’s more, Dogado offers excellent pricing, considering the added value they provide. Their prices are only displayed in Euros which is perfect for the German, and potentially European, customer base.
All of their plans include multiple domains, which is unusual, and a great added extra, and many of their plans include a free SSL certificate, as well. They also include lots of security measures, such as an integrated firewall, modern container isolation, and continuous backups to ensure your website is protected.
They only offer one payment term, which is a six-month contract paid upfront. No setup fee is required when signing up. While there is no free trial available, you can take advantage of their 30-day money back guarantee if you’re not satisfied with the service.
In terms of customer service, they provide telephone and email support. They offer telephone support for sales from 9 AM to 5 PM and technical support via telephone from 9 AM to 8 PM. Email support is available 24/7 and they have an excellent resource center on their website containing lots of useful help documents.
However, I was slightly disappointed by their customer service options, which surprises me as they clearly pride themselves on customer satisfaction. They do not offer live chat nor would they answer my question via Facebook messenger. I’d really like to be able to get an instant response via live chat or messenger. That said, the operator was polite and did promptly direct me to the correct email contact.
