Cybernet owns its own ISO 27001 certified data center located in Karachi, Pakistan. This data center has a fully redundant uninterruptible power supply, backup generators, and 24/7 monitoring to ensure 100% guaranteed uptime (but with no SLA as far as I can see).
The Cybernet website gives vague descriptions of its hosting plans, with no prices. Its Application and Domain hosting packages are listed as providing 150 MB to 2000 MB disk space, a web-based control panel, plus support for PHP, Python, Perl, ASP, ASP.NET, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL databases. That’s what the website says, but I got more information by contacting customer services.
Cybernet’s customer services team confirmed to me that its hosting plans include Linux or Windows OS, SSL certificates, phpMyAdmin tool, remote MySQL connections, SSH access, Cron jobs, software auto-installer, website builder, website backups, and SSD storage.
In summary, the packages offer more features than what the website suggests, and I can include ‘numerous’ email accounts, anti-virus and spam protection, and additional subdomains in the mix.
Pricing and Support
There are no prices on Cybernet’s website, and you can’t pay for plans online, which is unusual for web hosting plans but maybe not so uncommon for providers of this size that only deal with similar-size companies. However, the customer services team confirmed that the prices are comparable to competitor companies both locally and internationally.
According to its website, Cybernet provides 24/7 support, both online and offline thanks to a team of 150 engineers in Pakistan. You can contact the technical team by email, phone, or ticket, but there is no knowledge base or any other self-support resources for web hosting.

My recommendation is to start with a cheaper plan. You can always upgrade later on. CYBERNET can help you with the migration to a more expensive plan. The increase in visitors many times takes longer than expected and you shouldn’t pay a lot of money until the need arises.
