Its servers include specs such as 2 x Intel Xeon Westmere Quad-Core Hyper-threading technology with 8 Core (16 CPUs) and ECC RAM, SAS, all but guaranteeing a high-uptime. These servers are in the Vietnam data center.
CNV virtual servers come with the flexibility that most entrepreneurs require to scale their businesses. Additional features that customers can choose to add on to their servers are cPanel licenses, reinstalling the operating system, server management services, one IP address, and up to 512MB RAM.
CNV shared plans operate using CloudLinux OS platforms that come equipped with LiteSpeed web servers and the DirectAdmin control panel, creating the optimal hosting server systems. Moreover, all of the vendor’s hosting solutions include continuous backup options performed every week. That said, the CNV website is a bit bulky and has an unimpressive design.

CNV hosting prices vary based on the specs included in each package and the hosting resources they offer. For small business owners with tight budgets, they can be quite expensive, especially considering some plans have inflexible billing cycles requiring a minimum one-year contract commitment. CNV boasts of strong and fast server systems that ensure an uptime guarantee of 99.999% for its mail system servers. That said, the hosting firm does not offer a free trial or any kind of refund policy for its hosting solutions.
Support is available via dedicated telephone numbers, email, or live chat support. Unfortunately, the hosting company does not seem to have a ticketing system. Its live chat support is quite active. I talked to one of their reps, and she was very friendly and supportive.
