This is not entirely surprising given that some customers have complained of this vendor’s support. When they do reply, they tend to treat customers as enemies blaming them for the hosting issues they are facing. The vendor has a fairly detailed knowledge base that includes an FAQ section, which may be preferable to attempting to contact the support team.
