The site statistics provide important insights into your website traffic, and the catch-all email ensures you receive every message sent to your domain (even to email addresses that don’t exist).
This company claims its VPS packages come with the power, reliability, and control of a dedicated server, but at a fraction of the cost. The detail page on the website only mentions the KVM package, but additional OpenVZ packages can be found in the cart area.
Pricing and Support
Bakka’s Linux shared hosting packages are cheap, and can be paid only on an annual basis. VPS packages can be paid for semi-annually or annually, and you benefit from 5% and 10% discounts depending on the length of your commitment. The minuscule three-day money-back guarantee is a lot less than you get with most other hosts, and (in my opinion) is not enough time to assess its services.
You can pay for plans in U.S. dollars or Malaysian ringgits using PayPal, credit/debit card, bank transfer, Bitcoin, or Altcoin.
Although you can contact Bakka’s customer support team by email, contact form, or ticket system, I failed to summon any pre-sales support response. Unfortunately, the knowledge base is not much use since it contains only three (albeit informative) posts:
