Aweb’s four shared hosting plans vary in storage, monthly bandwidth, hosted websites, subdomains, MySQL databases, FTP accounts, and emails. Despite the differences, these plans all provide the following features:

While I usually prefer the cPanel control panel, this host provides the Plesk control panel to manage your hosting account. The integrated application installer allows access to hundreds of installable applications, including WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, PrestaShop, Typo3, and phpBB.

We safeguard your data with automatic daily backups, preserving them for up to five days. You have the flexibility to manage these backups directly from the control panel.

Pricing and Support

For the features on offer, and compared to the industry average, Aweb’s prices are affordable. You can pay by PayPal, credit/debit cards, bank deposit, or Western Union on quarterly, semi-annual, annual, biennial, or triennial billing cycles. Unfortunately, there is no money-back guarantee (as far as I can see) to make you feel better about making a long-term commitment.

For self-support, Aweb has a set of frequently asked questions on its main website, but otherwise no knowledge base. Although you should be able to contact this company by telephone, ticket, or live chat, I have to tell you that my attempts to establish contact via live chat and ticket were unsuccessful.
