Those “reviews” are as legitimate as Fiverr itself. They have 2/5 on Trustpilot and here 4.9 :)
Those reviews look so fake. I know Fiverr very well and other most Users share my opinion - Fiverr provides Very low quality services (most Zero quality) and it is a waste of precious time.
I cannot express how badly I was treated by Fiverr. In my estimation, their actions ruined any chance I had of getting funded in a very expensive Wefunder campaign. They advertised on their website a company called Meenah. I began paying Meenah through the Fiverr site while Fiverr took their share. Then for unknown reasons, Fiverr kicked me off their site never explaining why and ghosting me to the point where I could not even reach a representative through their site. I was not allowed to find out why they did what they did. Therefore, I had no basis to even explain what might be a mistake on their part. There was no recourse. I DID NOTHING WRONG! There was nothing but silence while the clock was ticking on me getting my Wefunder campaign further along. And I was right in the middle of that campaign. Meenah was already running my campaign, and I had already spent a lot of money. I needed the campaign to continue because it was summer, and I have a summer product. I kept paying Meenah through payment platforms and things got much worse. The agent of Meenah, a guy calling himself Favour, was absolutely horrible at many crucial tasks creating huge delays and slowing us to a snails pace. Eventually Favour ripped me off for hundreds of dollars through my payments system until I realized what was going on. I can prove this with records from the payment system and text messages from Favour who admitted guilt several times by text messages after he was caught. I have no idea what the money I paid actually went to. Most of it may have gone into the pockets of the thieves at Meenah and probably did. I reported all of this to Fiverr as best I could by finding an email they had sent. But they just ghosted me.
If I could, I would take legal action against Fiverr for what I consider to be sociopathic behavior of greedy cowards who expel people with no explanation and who offer no possibility of redress for grievance. But it is too expensive, and a scumbag organization made of up of heartless twits has probably figured out ways to avoid any justice.

I strongly advise against using this platform. As a professional illustrator and 3D artist, I registered and began to populate my portfolio. After a period of time, without any prior warning, my portfolio was reset, and my account was suspended under the pretext of 'non-original' work. Of course, all the works were original, with all the accompanying source files. However, they did not even ask for proof, they simply destroyed everything. A lot of time has been wasted, which is very disappointing
I wanted people to simply buy my paintings, but these swindlers simply stole my work and at the same time want me to pay them for it, they should pay the author and not vice versa
Scammers! Even if you pay your order via fiverr you can still be scammed. I never received my full order. Fiverr support completely ignores my request and answers anything but this question

I had quite an unfortunate experience with Fiverr's invoicing system. When preparing my tax documents for the year 2023, I noticed that Fiverr had not issued any of my invoices. Upon reaching out to them, I was informed that these invoices were deleted and are no longer available.
This was a shocking revelation, as it directly contradicts the legal requirements concerning financial documentation. I promptly addressed their non-compliance, only to be met with silence. My subsequent emails have gone unanswered, leaving me in a precarious situation with the tax office.
Now, I am in the process of gathering all email communication to substantiate my expenses, a task that is both frustrating and time-consuming. This incident has made it clear that Fiverr's services may not be reliable for business purposes, particularly for those who place importance on maintaining accurate financial records.
To anyone considering using Fiverr for their business needs, please be forewarned - you may face difficulties in securing your invoices. This lack of support and disregard for legal protocols is not only disappointing but also detrimental to the seamless operation of any business.
