Brevo Launches New Loyalty Program Solution

Brevo has announced new features to its leading CRM solution, bringing new technology and capabilities to offer a loyalty program management solution.

Brevo has built an all-in-one, easy-to-use loyalty management solution integrated with its CRM capabilities. This new feature will allow businesses to design and execute loyalty programs specific to their needs.

The drag-and-drop interface lets users easily set up their loyalty program by rapidly configuring fund and reward rules. Businesses will be able to see loyalty point balances in real time and run analyses on program performance through the available dashboards.

Brevo conducted extensive research to understand how Loyalty programs can help businesses better serve their customers while cultivating growth. Through a survey it commissioned, Brevo found that 87% of French people have signed up for at least one loyalty program, while on average, a person has signed up for six programs.

Another study revealed that 36% of French businesses do not yet have a loyalty program. This is primarily due to the complexity and costs of implementing and maintaining a loyalty program.

Armand Thiberge, CEO and founder of Brevo, said, “At Brevo, we firmly believe that loyalty programs should be managed with minimal technical intervention and easily interfaced with CRM to better engage and retain more customers. Our new loyalty solution offers an all-in-one approach that simplifies the management of these programs.”

Brevo offers a flexible pricing scheme for its new loyalty management feature, making it accessible to businesses of all sizes.

Brevo simultaneously announced the new capabilities at three European industry events: Paris Retail Week, All4Customer Meetings in Cannes, and DMEXCO in Cologne. It says it has already engaged several key accounts, including Asmodée, a French magazine publisher who has selected Brevo’s loyalty management solution for its business.

Brevo is constantly adding new features to the platform. Not too long ago, it introduced its all-in-one Commerce Suite.
