“Misled and Left in the Dark: A Cautionary Tale with Vodien”
I used to be a Pachosting client before being sold to Vodien. I have been using Outlook for my emails and have been very happy with it. However, Vodien migrated the email hosting to Titan Mail in June 2024. During the migration period, we encountered numerous technical problems. Despite sending many emails to Vodien asking for help, we received no responses at all.
Worse still, when it came time for contract renewal in July 2024, Vodien's customer service confirmed multiple times that I could continue using Outlook Mail under webElite because I did not want to switch to Titan Mail as it was more expensive and i also paid for the hosting website. It was not until early September 2024, when I could not receive any incoming emails, that we followed up with Vodien. They then informed me that we could not use Outlook Mail under webElite due to a technical issue.
Vodien misled us into entering a contract and failed to deliver the required services, and even worse, they did not inform us of these issues. It turned out that I had to pay extra to upgrade to Titan Mail. I thought all the issues had been resolved until one day I found that I could not access my website. When I called customer service, they told me that the extra money I had paid was only for Titan Mail and did not cover the web hosting plan, which was clearly outlined in the initial contract from July 2024.
Vodien breached the contract not once but twice and misrepresented the terms of the service contract without delivering the services promised. It took me a long time and considerable effort to get customer service to answer my calls; their service was extremely poor. A lack of support, a lack of communication, failure to uphold their service commitments are my final conclusions about this company.

VODIEN is , in my opinion, a fraudster. Also operating as Dreamscape and a reseller of Tucows Ascio, they have knowingly double charged me for subscription periods that I have already paid Tucows/Ascio for . My domain expires in 2025 and they have biled me for many previous years that I was not aware of , I feltt threaten with their emails saying my domain would be de activated if I didnt pay and i had forgotten I had paid 10 years till 2025 . Now I have found out and remembered that I have paid my renewal subs till 2025, and they de activated my domain and now DEMANDING SGD216 JUST TO REDEEM MY DOMAIN, WHICH I DO NOT OWE ANYTHING DUE , IN THE BEGINNING!!!!
SO , judging by this event that happened to me, VODIEN IS A SCAMMER.

Worst Tech Support ever
Emails are never answered. Tickets auto closed even when problem are not resolved. Phone calls are never answered. Good luck to u if u still insist.
auto renewal policy bad
Be careful about their auto renewal. It is auto set to on. Make sure you turn it off immediately if you do sign up. It may come back to haunt you otherwise. They will not refund you even if you do cancel it immediately upon receiving the invoice. Very bad.
Vodien poor support getting from good to worst nowaday
Vodien used to be good back 10 years, but this few years it getting from good to worst Support is very bad and the also like outsource? slow and inexperience ? Same as this every time when we submitted an problems, there will be no respond. you just need to wait and wait until you call them. once time it take 4 weeks for them to resolve and between that, you have no reply and respond from Vodien support. Not recommended , want to charge expensive plan but yet support suck like hell
Worst experience
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Despite attempting to seek technical support, I've encountered significant challenges. Unfortunately, the support system seems non-existent, and the calls for assistance frequently get disconnected midway through, making it impossible to resolve issues effectively. It's disheartening to find such a lack of reliability in their support services. There's a clear need for improvement in their customer assistance. I hope the company addresses these issues promptly to ensure better service for its customers.
Worst experience, no respond, and strongly not recommended.
every time when we submitted an problems, there will be no respond. you just need to wait and wait. when i first subcribe to the web hosting package, i have problems creating MS SQL database. it take 3 weeks for them to resolve and between that, you have no reply and respond from Vodien support. Now i have the problems connecting to the MS SQL database server again, and i don't know how long it will take for resolve this issues.
So, don't risk your business with Vodien.
