Webstarts support…hmm…let’s put it this way: It used to suck majorly, but they’ve been taking steps to improve it, so I’m a bit ambivalent about what to say.  A lot of reviewers have complaints, especially about email support, but they seem to be less frequent and Webstarts’ Support Staff can be seen throughout review sites and chatrooms assisting dissatisfied customers.

Their help section is extensive, though a bit poorly organized.  Overall the support is decent, but not much more than that, but I’ll reassess the situation in a bit to see if these forthcoming improvements hold up.
