Hostigger’s prices are really great. The base tariff is very cheap and even the two unlimited tariffs are still very good value for money. With the exception of the cheapest tariff , all annual contracts come with a free domain and shared SSL certificates. In contrast to many other providers, here you are not bombarded with add-ons during the payment process and you actually only pay the price stated at the beginning.
The contracts can have monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual, two-year and three-year terms, with prices falling slightly as the term increases . They also offer a 7 day money back guarantee.
Hostigger’s customer support is great. They offer round-the-clock support via the ticket system and chat and, depending on the complexity of the problem, undertake to resolve tickets within five to forty-five minutes (not just respond) . Only the tiny knowledge base is somewhat disappointing, but that only marginally diminishes the really good impression in my opinion.
