Please present TechAID to our audience
TechAID Solutions LLC is a US-based company focused on helping its partners reduce costs while delivering business value through QA and Software Testing. TechAID successfully delivers this value through distributed teams and significantly focuses on seamless integration.
Please describe the story behind the company: What sparked the idea, and how has it evolved so far?
TechAID evolved from my experience while working as a QA manager in the NY market. After managing internal and offshore teams, I experienced the many obstacles companies face with offshore outsourcing, which no one talks about. At a glance, offshore outsourcing appears to be a win-win situation and competitively priced. Still, the load added to our internal teams to try and communicate during their off-hours and collaborate, with many hours in between, can lead to failure in your projects.
Furthermore, cultural differences add to the difficulty of communicating your ideas, which becomes frustrating for both the internal and external teams. Once I moved to Ecuador, I realized that there was a great talent in Latin America and that it could potentially provide a better service and remove some of the obstacles I had faced.
But there were still some challenges that other nearshore companies were not addressing, and that is how we developed a focus on understanding what we call the three cultures of every company, which are the regional culture, company culture, and the individual culture.
We can integrate seamlessly and become top-rated QA service providers by focusing on these. When companies are looking to hire QA engineers without the setbacks that offshore and sometimes even nearshore companies present, they look for us.
What services do you offer?
We specialize in QA services, including manual testing, automation testing, performance testing, AI training, security testing, and QA consulting. Depending on the client’s needs, we can deliver these services through Staff Augmentation or project-based teams.
Who are your typical clients, and what do you think is the main challenge that your product solves for them?
Our typical clients range from marketing agencies, media outlets, pharmaceuticals, ed-tech, and fin-tech startups. We are solving one major challenge for them – helping them stay competitive while not just maintaining but improving their QA processes, ultimately allowing them to deliver high-quality products.
What is unique about TechAID?
What makes us unique is how we approach each client. We believe that understanding each of our clients’ three cultures (regional, company, and individual cultures) will allow us to be clear on their goals, how they want to achieve those goals, and how we could help them do so. Therefore, our first focus is always on understanding this context and customizing our approach to align with each client and integrate seamlessly with them.
What are the plans for the company for the near future?
Our plan for the near future is to grow exponentially to allow us to reach new markets in the United States and beyond.
