The genesis of Tiledesk was sparked by the development of an open-source chat SDK for live messaging, known as Chat21. The vision was to create an open-source stack that would accelerate innovation, drive standardization, and facilitate the exchange of technical experiences among thousands of developers worldwide.
As we began developing chatbot projects for Medium and Large enterprises in Italy, using tools like Google Dialogflow, we encountered challenges. These projects proved to be lengthy, costly, and complex to manage, leading to the idea of creating a no-code chatbot builder with multiple extension points.
Over time, we continuously evolved our tool to ensure market fit and maturity. Today, Tiledesk stands as a robust conversational marketing platform, transitioning from a low-code tool to a fully no-code tool, enhancing its power and usability. Our Design Studio empowers users to design, create, and integrate bots with other tools for various purposes, including intriguing integrations with OpenAI.
