I’ve seen firsthand how agencies spend hours, even days, customizing sites for clients, how freelancers struggle to set up their portfolios quickly, and how many entrepreneurs delay launching simply because they don’t have the technical skills to build a proper site. The existing solutions—whether it’s Wix, Webflow, or WordPress—are either too rigid, too complicated, or too expensive for people who just want to get online and start selling their services. No two days are the same, but I try to keep a structured routine. My day usually looks like this:- Morning: I start early and focus on the most critical tasks. That could be checking in on sales metrics, product updates, or key partnerships. I also spend time reviewing customer feedback because that’s what helps us improve Stunning.
- Midday: I usually have calls with the team, discussing development progress, marketing strategies, or investor relations. If I’m in sales mode, I’ll be jumping on calls with agencies, showcasing how Stunning can help them scale.
- Afternoon: This is when I work on big-picture strategy—whether it’s brainstorming new product features, evaluating expansion opportunities, or reviewing long-term goals.
- Evening: I try to disconnect from work, though as a founder, that’s not always easy. I spend time with my wife and also catch up on industry trends, reading about AI, startups, and growth strategies.
As someone managing multiple ventures, how do you stay productive and avoid burnout?
Balancing multiple businesses is challenging, and burnout is always a risk. Over the years, I’ve learned a few key things:- Prioritization is everything: Focus on what truly moves the needle.
