Interneto vizija is one of the first Lithuanian web hosting companies. Valentinas Cirba, the CEO of Interneto vizija kindly agreed to an interview with us where he provided some information about the company and what makes it unique.
Please present Interneto vizija to our audience
We were among the first Lithuanian web hosting companies in the country. For more than 18 years we have been helping our customers to host their websites on the Internet in order to become visible online.
In 2005, we became the leading hosting provider in Lithuania in terms of the number of domains registered and websites hosted. In order to offer our customers an even more comprehensive service package, in 2015 we opened a Tier III data center in Vilnius with 139 server racks.
Please describe the story behind the company: what inspired the idea, and how has it evolved so far?
It was a very interesting start: back in 2003, a 23-year-old student of Vilnius University (Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics) started a number of new internet projects. Some of them are still online today, some of them are very well monetizing and now they are the most popular advertising portals in Lithuania.
One of the online projects is for example hey.lt It was the first site where customers could register free of charge and observe traffic to their websites. It was like Google Analytics on their first days.
Seeing the success of these projects “Interneto vizija” was established in order to provide hosting services. Back in those days, it was a great niche as there were not so many hosting providers in Lithuania. So, it was the beginning of hosting services in Lithuania.
What services do you offer?
“Interneto vizija” offers everything that one needs to become visible online. We do mean everything: domain registration, web hosting, email hosting, VPS hosting, professional (managed) hosting, SSL certificates, professional SPAM filter, website security tool, website builder, SEO tool, and Google Ads tool.
In November 2021, our data center received a quality assurance certificate Tier III Facility. Tier III certification guarantees that our data center is built to its intended performance capacity, effectiveness, and reliability. This means that with this data center we ensure at least 99.982 % uptime (SLA) of the servers, and the data stored in the data center is protected according to the highest standards.
What is the mission of Interneto vizija?
The mission of Interneto vizija is to be near the customers while creating true value. We aim not only to answer questions related to website hosting, but also to share our experience and to educate small businesses regarding the online presence, becoming visible on the internet, and being safe online.
What makes Interneto vizija unique?

How do you envision the future of your industry?
In 2020 November “Miss Group”, acquired 100% of UAB “Interneto vizija”, headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania, including its subsidiary company UAB “Rakrėjus”.
This transaction provides a great platform for expansion across the Baltic region. IV is an excellent business and we are looking forward to growing both the shared web hosting and data center divisions and delivering new value-added solutions to our customer base in Lithuania.
