What are your Web Hosting plans?
We offer four plans depending on the numbers of website required:
- Observer ($1.00/month) – for 1 website
- Scout ($5.45/month) – up to 10 websites
- Corvette ($8.95/month) – up to 50 websites
- Carrier ($11.95/month) – unlimited websites
All plans are discounted when service is ordered for more than one month. A free domain name and cPanel with backup function (with the exception of Observer) is included
What is the difference between Shared Hosting and a Dedicated Server?
With shared hosting clients are hosted on a server that is shared by other clients. Clients choosing a dedicated server are hosted on their own separate physical machine.
Is SSL available?
Yes. SSL starts $9.95/year. We offer several options for single domains, multiple domains and subdomains: Comodo PositiveSSL($0.83/month), Comodo PositiveSSL Multi-Domain ($2.50/month), and Comodo PositiveSSL Wildcard ($6.66/month).
Where are your servers located?
We have servers in the Netherlands (Amsterdam), Sweden (Stockholm), Great Britain (London), Cyprus (Limassol), Hong Kong, Canada (Toronto), USA (Chicago, Ashburn, Seattle) and are always adding new locations. Price starts from $45/month depending on location. If you need a server in another location send us a request and we will try to locate one for you.
What operating systems are your servers running?
Our servers run the most popular operation systems : Debian, CentOS, Windows Server 2012, Ubuntu, Freebsd, Fedora, ESXi, Slackware. If you require another system, our support team will be happy to help you.
Do you have backup and recovery services?
Of course. All web hosting plans, except for Observer, include a free cPanel with a backup function. Dedicated and virtual private server users can receive 1GB space free of charge. For those needing more, 10GB of space can be purchased for $2.
How do you secure your servers against hackers and other cyber threats?
We provide DDOS protection. Customers can also select the “IP Protection” option during domain registration procedure.
