I contacted Hostinger’s support team through live chat and received remarkably swift responses to my inquiries, which left a strong impression! If you prefer self-help options, you’ll have access to a blog, a knowledgebase, and a variety of tutorials.

For non-registered customers, the only way to seek support from 1FreeHosting is through an online form. Registered customers can sign in and use their cPanel ticket system to get support. When I used its online form to seek answers to a few pre-sales questions, I failed to elicit a reply. Except for an FAQ section, there’re no other self-help tools.

Due to its unresponsive support and extremely limited self-help options, 1FreeHosting loses out to Hostinger.
