When I tried the live chat, I was instantly connected, but there were several time gaps between questions and answers. Some of the information provided was inaccurate.

Unlike Crazy Domains, the agent was quite knowledgeable, and there weren’t any time gaps between questions and answers, no matter how technical the questions were.
