Website Planet had the opportunity to interview Daniel Bower, the President & CEO of Bower Web Solutions. He shared some information about the evolution of the company, what services it offers, and how he envisions the future of the industry.
What is Bower Web Solutions?

We help businesses use the Internet to attract new customers, increase their sales, and help them use the web as a tool to operate more efficiently. We have been in business for 22 years and have over 100 years of combined experience with a proven track record of obtaining results and success for our clients which makes us tenured experts at what we do.
What is the story behind Bower Web Solutions?
The origins of Bower Web Solutions can be traced back to 1997 when Daniel Bower (President), and Omar Kozarsky (Creative Director) were introduced to one another through a mutual friend. They both had the interest to build websites and their skill set complimented each other well, so they took on some independent web development “side projects” together in their spare. One of their 1st website projects was to redesign the corporate website for the well-known bicycle manufacturer, Fuji Bikes.
Pleased with their success on these side projects, Daniel decided to take the next logical step, and in 1999, upon leaving his Senior Web Application Developer position at UBS Paine Webber, he went on to found Bower Web Solutions Inc. In 2001. Daniel saw the need for a web development company that could offer a high level of customer service and an in-depth knowledge of the needs of small to medium-sized businesses.
As the business continued to grow, in 2002 Omar joined Bower Web Solutions as Creative Director, Zena Bower took over as full-time office manager in 2006, and Tom Hart joined the full-time staff in 2008 acting in the role of web designer and resident photographer. In 2020, Phil Mandel joined the team as our Marketing Specialist. Phil brings over 15 years of marketing experience and runs the digital marketing division of the company.
What services do we offer?
Bower Web Solutions, Inc.’s core services currently include Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Website Development, Graphic Design, Print Design, Web Hosting, Email and VOIP Services, Web Master Services, Computer Graphics Training, Drone Video, and Photography.
We also offer a full suite of Internet Marketing services which will include Pay Per Click Campaign Management, Internet Video production & editing, copywriting services, print brokering services, and social media promotion and training.
Who are our typical customers, and what do you think is the main challenge that your product solves for them?
We service small to medium-sized businesses in all industries. Many small businesses do not have the resources, time, and skills necessary to build and maintain a website and they often don’t know the best way to use the Internet to help market their company to increase sales.
We work with our clients as partners and become part of their team. We provide great value for these customers and get the results.

Bower Web Solutions Inc. differentiates itself from its competitors by being able to offer the full range of Internet Marketing services that businesses are looking for to help grow their business so they can use one vendor for all of their Internet marketing needs.

How do you envision the future of your industry?
I feel that our industry will experience exponential growth as more and more people use the internet as their primary source of information and use online shopping more and more.
Big players like Amazon, Google, and Facebook continue to influence the way the Internet is used, and I believe there will still be a significant role for the smaller web design and marketing companies such as Bower Web Solutions where clients always come 1st.
