UR Digital began as a simple dream on January 15, 2021, when I, Pulkit Agrawal, registered the business as a sole trader, but our true story took off a couple of months later. On March 15, I launched our first website after dropping my daughter off for her selective school’s entrance examination—a memorable day marking a new chapter for both of us.

But persistence paid off when one business finally took a chance on me with a “No Results, No Pay” agreement. That trust gave me my break, and the momentum has never slowed since. The client became two, then three, then ten, and on it went. We’ve grown consistently, doubling year after year in clients, revenue, and team members.

Our name, UR Digital, also carries a deeper meaning—it’s a nod to my parents’ initials because it’s their legacy I’m building. Our mission has been simple yet powerful: change the way people see SEO by proving its tangible value through transparency and results. To keep things running smoothly and securely, we use Windscribe VPN for secure browsing and LastPass for password management. Trello keeps our projects organised and on schedule, while the Microsoft Office suite helps us with reporting, documentation, and clear client communication.
